Built for the places the cloud forgets
Info Host Systems is an Australian consultancy and software house based in Bundaberg, QLD, Australia. We design, build, and host the systems operations depend on — and we stay responsible for them long after launch day.

01 · Our story
Why we exist
Regional Australian business runs on seasonal pressure, small teams, and links that drop when the weather turns. Most software is built somewhere else, for somewhere else: it assumes an always-on connection, a support desk twelve time zones away, and someone in-house who enjoys nursing brittle tools along.
We started Info Host Systems to build the opposite. As consultants we kept seeing the same pattern — good operators held back by systems that stopped at the farm gate or the mine access road. So we started building the missing pieces ourselves: platforms that work offline-first, endpoints managed without phoning home, and infrastructure owned by the business that relies on it.
That work became our products — OPR8, an offline-first operations platform for agri-business, and Peak UEM, privacy-first endpoint management — and it still shapes every consulting engagement: fix the real problem, build to last, hand over something you own.
02 · What we stand for
Three commitments
-
Sovereignty
Your systems and your data stay yours. We favour self-hosted, offline-tolerant designs that run on hardware you control — no lock-in, no silent third parties, no surprise dependencies on someone else's uptime.
-
Craftsmanship
Software is a trade. We sweat the details others skip — clean schemas, honest error messages, code a stranger can maintain in five years — because the cheapest system is the one that never has to be rewritten.
-
Long-term support
We build for decades, not demo day. Every system we ship carries a support path: versioned releases, documented operations, and a phone that gets answered long after the invoice is paid.
