Terms of use

These terms cover your use of this website and any subscription you buy from Info Host Systems through it. By using the site you accept these terms. If a signed agreement with us covers the same ground, that agreement wins.

Please use the site lawfully. Don't attack it, overload it, or try to break into it, and don't misuse our contact form to send spam.

The words, design, logos, and downloads on this site belong to Info Host Systems unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to read and share links; anything beyond that needs our written OK.

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but content may change and the site may have outages now and then. We give no warranty that the site is error-free or uninterrupted.

Paid plans (such as OPR8 and Peak UEM) are billed through Stripe, our payment processor. Checkout happens on Stripe's payment pages — your card details never reach us.

Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until you cancel. You manage your payment details, renewals, and cancellation through the Stripe customer portal — the link in your purchase receipt email. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access runs to the end of the period you've already paid for.

If we change a plan's price, we'll tell you before your next renewal so you can cancel first if the new price doesn't suit you.

New OPR8 subscriptions start with a 14-day trial so you can try the platform on your own gear. The trial gives you the features of the plan you selected for 14 days; after that, continued use needs a paid subscription.

Trials are for evaluating the product for your own business — not for reselling, benchmarking, or load-testing. We can end a trial early if it's being misused.

Peak UEM is licensed per seat. The number of seats you may use, and any other licence conditions, are set out in your signed licence agreement — that document governs, and this page is only a summary.

Keep your seat count at or below the cap in your agreement, and let us know when you need more seats. Using Peak UEM on more devices than you're licensed for is a breach of your licence.

We stand behind our products and services. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or guarantee you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can't be excluded.

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Our liability for products and services you've paid for is set out in the relevant agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
