Built on a deliberately boring stack

"Boring" is the compliment here. The stack under our custom work — Rust and Axum on the server, SolidJS and Astro on the web, PostgreSQL and TimescaleDB for data, Tauri on the device — was chosen for what it saves you, not for what it puts on a résumé.

Rust services run in a fraction of the memory and CPU of their equivalents in the usual enterprise languages, which shows up as smaller hosting bills and long quiet stretches between incidents. SolidJS and Astro produce web front-ends that load fast on rural connections and stay usable on tablets, laptops and phones alike. PostgreSQL is the database the industry has trusted for decades, and TimescaleDB extends it for the sensor and telemetry streams a modern operation generates. Tauri wraps the same front-end into desktop and mobile apps measured in megabytes.

The through-line is longevity: software that is still maintainable in ten years — by us, or by whoever comes after us. No framework churn, no build-of-the-week, no orphaned dependencies.

    Design

    An architecture you can interrogate: data model, integrations, security and hosting, with a clickable prototype while changes are still cheap.

  3. STEP 03

    Build in increments

    Working software every couple of weeks, on a staging URL you can click through. Scope surprises surface while they cost hours, not months.

  4. STEP 04

    Support

    Handover documentation, monitoring, and a support agreement from the team that wrote the code. The system keeps getting better after launch.
